I wonder if the same reaction would have taken place if you lived on land? I doubt it very much I'm a firm believer that you are as young as you feel. As long as you feel fit and well enough to do something, then do it. Your body will tell you when it's time to stop. I'm 74 and live my life to the full. I'm not giving up yet!
