I do understand that the CRT are having their goverment funding reduced by millions of pounds over the next 5 years, and that your costs bring a continuous cruiser are going to increase. Tighening your belt and working harder may be the obvious thing to do. However, increasing the cost to use the canal system whilst at the same time reducing the availability of useable waterways is rediculous.
