@romanmir01 Under your ruling a lot of women would have their voting right taken away, that would also include housewives and even though their husbands are paying tax? It was one of the problems many years ago where only landowners could vote, the wives of the rich landowners could not vote, it would be the same if putting the voting rights onto the tax and where only the husbands are paying the tax. The more you put restrictions on something the more it will cost, even to quell rebellions.

If people with the right to vote, who is a citizen and of age, don’t get the right to vote then the Government should not have the right to govern over them.......If a person chooses not to vote then the Government still retains the right to govern over them, the person had the right to vote.
