@utube793 The driver runs over the child with the front wheel then stops for quite a while and then he does not even try to avoid running over the child with the back wheel, your claim is because people get arrested for helping the injured....! What do they get for deliberately injuring the child even more? Look for the movie clip that has not been edited, most of the people around were bad for not helping the child and even the other vehicle did not try to avoid running over the child....!
