Comments by "Wh47n0w1517" (@Wh47n0w1517) on "Jimmy Carr tax row: Fellow comedian John Bishop has his say" video.
Carr has been doing tax avoidance for many years, there has been others schemes he was in that got closed by the taxman. He has not made good the tax he should have paid. All rich people should pay the right amount of tax, no more tax avoidance schemes that are really scams.

My message had everything to do with your message, you were stating people should know their place and not complain about the tax avoidance, somewhat being dismissive of people complaints. The tax avoidance scheme he was in, a minimum wage, means only paying about £773 in tax per year. He is getting about 3 million per year and was not paying a 1% tax on the 3 million per year. He was paying no tax on most of the 3 million per year and should have been paying over 1 million in tax per year.

If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck…..David Cameron is a Tory. All the rich people not paying the Tax over many years is one of the big reasons the Government has had to borrow too much. It's now known 1000 people were in the tax avoidance schemes that Carr was in, at least 1 billion a year was lost in tax just through that 1000 people.…It's only the tip of the iceberg on how much the rich have been abusing the system.

lol, I’m certainly not a nerd…..And don’t be lazy, it was not tooooooo looooooong to read….=)-

lol, you using the cat was just silly, you‘ve lost the plot of the duck test…I’ll make it easy for you to understand……Cameron looks like a Tory, acts like a Tory and speaks as a Tory, then he is a Tory. Government spending can and is financed through taxes, it starts too fail when those that should pay tax do not.

It was in the news about the fake loans…Fake loans are illegal, so don’t be surprised if they do decide to go after all those that were in the scheme to get the tax back….But then again they may let them off the hook, these days they only seem to go for the less well off for the tax and crucify them….One rule for the rich and another rule for the poor…..Gone are the days of Lester Piggott.

Yeah, those in the tax avoidance scheme got very greedy....But this is not the first tax avoidance scheme he has been in and no moral slip if he had no morals in the first place.

Where are you getting the 1% from? If he was claiming he only gets the minimum wage then he would have only been taxed on that minimum wage, the other money was paid to him on tax free fake loans that never really gets paid back to the trust. It’s at its least a 40% tax avoidance. How UK's rich get away with paying little tax (19Jun12) /watch?v=hNkalwecwx4

He knew he was getting fake loans from his own money and he would not be paying back the loans to the trust, it's a lie to the taxman.

Vodafone made a lot of excuses for their actions, they need to be made accountable. Carr’s loan was a fake through a trust and his excuse was error of judgment. If you worked for HMRC than you would know that even their decisions can be challenged, even they are not above the law. Are you still trying to help rich people avoid paying tax and even though you don’t work for HMRC anymore? And as for Cameron, truly, I would not even piss on him to put the flames out if he was on fire.

If the rich, instead tax avoidance, had paid the tax they should have been doing over the past 30 years the country would not be in debt. This country has been destroyed from what it was and it’s going to get even worse, it’s all because we’ve had incompetent politicians over many years. It was an illegal tax avoidance schemes, not really legal as being claimed….You would not want to be sitting on his knee if the sh!t ever hit’s the fan, it can be proven they were not real loans he was having.

What part of the word "fake" do you not understand? Fake loans to avoid tax is not legal.

I’m sorry to dishearten, but you’ve got more chance of gaining access to Nick Clegg’s garden shed than you have joining that tax avoidance scheme, or even more chance of being sent into space by a Chinese rocket. The minimum wage can be gained at most places is the only consolation…The minimum wage was not invented as a get rich scheme for the poor and is not even adequate enough for their basic needs, well, unless you‘re a Jimmy Carr with other money coming in at the expense of others..!!!
