  1. It doesn't matter, as long as there is day and night during a period of 24 hours, you fast the day, But in some places where there is no sunrise for more than 24 hours, they should follow the timing of the nearest place where there are distinguishable day and night during 24 hours.

  2.  @lauriyrjola3620  No you're wrong having one meal in 24 hours for 30 days will not kill a healthy person, and someone who could have difficulties because of old age or illness has not to fast according to Islamic teachings, there is a ransom for these particular people.
