  1. ​ @fatmonkey4716  I don't believe in the hyper individualistic crap you all believe in. you can't make good choices in the present if you don't even know what good choices are. You can't just expect someone to develop the ability to reason and to think for themselves when these things aren't part of their upbringing. This is why raising your kids properly is so damn important. To just say "hey man, your past is your past, just think about the present" remove all the responsibilities that are supposed to be placed on the parents in the first place. This will give future parents an excuse not to change and use their parents as a guide to screw over future generations. If we want change, there needs to be punishment for bad parenting. There's actually a punishment that I would like to write here in the comments, but YouTube might remove it

  2.  @fatmonkey4716  and with proper parenting, kids wouldn't be pushing those boundaries. I've seen the difference between how my parents raised me and how all my friends parents were raising them. I ended up going to a better college and landed a better job while they're still struggling. You can accuse me of being a liar all you want to cope with your terrible upbringing, but it will not change the fact that it is the parent's job to properly raise their kids and to teach them how to make good choices

Asians are known to be the richest minority in America, and there are more of us in universities than any other race. You think this came from kids pushing boundaries? With the way our parents discipline us, no one is pushing boundaries.

  6. Now that you're a grown adult, I hope you're not having any kids. You seem like the type who put their burden on their child and blame them for everything instead of taking responsibility for their actions.
