@CandleBodyOnly i do understand, but those people you are talking about have no knowledge on stocks or even where to begin. information online aren't really reliable since most of them are scams. also most of these people are average Americans not making high income so it understandable why they want to keep every penny they make instead of investing (again, they have no knowledge on stocks or even where to begin, and information online aren't really reliable since most of them are scams.)

you are not really providing any answers here. everything you said will be accomplished in the future through capitalism. we need capitalism for now to improve our tech. we can't improve our technology without providing incentives (money) for people working to improve that technology. everything else you said is just nitpicking. yeah, you want this and that, but again, NO SOLUTIONS! a complex system that need to be implemented is not a solution. what is this system you are talking about? how are we supposed to implement it? does it include war? how many will die from this change? you're just pointing out all the flaws of capitalism, but that's not going to stop us from using money. answer this question for me. how do you keep doctors, engineers, plumbers, electricians, teachers, police, firefighters, and janitors working on days they don't want to work without money? if you can't answer this, then do you see the problem in your complaint here? you're focusing too much on the big picture and not the little details. it's good to have a goal, but the process to get there is more important.

@LeagueofLegends24 I am not wrong at all. Not everyone is capable to great things and there are evidence for this. Through out all human history, only few people can make great changes. Average people like you and me don't do anything. We don't have any potential. If you did you would have done something already

then how should our society be run? How do we get people to contribute to our society? People like you point out a lot of problems with our system but offer no solution. How do you get a doctor to perform surgery on you even on days he doesn't feel like doing his job?

@wellfuckit9936 i don't think that's a proper way to see the potential of a human being. yeah, we all can be something if we're raised "right", but that is not how the world works. only those with the will to fight against all odds have the potential to be something. if you're talking about a human "soul" (we all have different definition for this word) like watcher, then that is different since i don't know what you mean by soul.

I'm not going to retype it since it was long, but i want you to know that even those people in your example are contributing to society through their own businesses and investments. just because they're rich doesn't mean they just sit there, doing nothing.

@prolificlife1710 in my opinion, that is a very naive outlook. currently, money is what makes the world go round. it's what keeps your stomach full, gives you shelter, and resources that help improve or maintain your health. money is the main focus of our lives until we have enough to get assets to be free. the only people who are free from money are the ones who will live centuries from now when everything is automated.
