  4. understand that russia, NOKO China look usa go, they will mess in usa CBDC payment system, as if it collapse it is the end of usa without a gun shot, governemental agencies don t have the skills and the expertise to control and secure a CBDC, they will need to go on an existing block chain...We cannot trust usa government...even less the FED...
