  1. When I worked at Digital (DEC) the manuals were *epic*. I took a couple of technical writing classes to help formulate those epic manuals, all arranged in three ring binders where the pages could be swapped out when there was a software upgrade. Not to besmirch Linux, but man pages don’t come close and don’t get me started on having to consult Discord or Reddit. Those manuals spawned a generation that knew how computers worked because we had to RTFM. Great video!
