JetMechMA The shooting was unjustified. Therefore it was murder committed, regardless that the shooter was wearing a uniform. Should your life hang on the assumptions of the individual holding a weapon? Not if your white, I take it. I´m white, but I hope the black man, even if one assumes the car might be stolen, still has the same right to life, regardless what words may pass between him and an officer. I don´t trust the goddamn cops -- and I understand how other races have more fear of them than I do, and they certainly should be today. Thumbs up to the good cops who really can think for themselves and have not descended to the cult level as so many have -- in the culture that sometimes passes for law enforcement.
