This isn't to say that no one ever dies when a corrupt element within the process is then used to take advantage of the environment created for something to go "out of control" whether an individual may be responsible or used as a scapegoat as Oswald was for example. If you need a better example, none better can be found than Vegas where thousands of rounds of heavy caliber gunfire is heard on audio in targeting people on the ground -- yet not a single strike against pavement or walls heard in audio or seen in video that would be unavoidable. When victims appeared already being cared for, everyone seemed unaware that they were hit by gunfire . . Why weren't people running away rather than standing around the entire time as victims became apparent when part of the crowd dispersed? . . obvious questions that we are conditioned to not recognize without repetition and production quality. Normalization rather than conspiracy is how influence and corruption create and take precedence, so that awareness is hostage to the needs for anything other than ourselves to define what is real acceptable -- the need for any form of consensus to rule us unaware lest we ever accept responsibility .
