An idea might be to use worn out aircraft and ram one directly into the tower, equipped with radio control from another aircraft not far behind.

@KevinSmith-ys3mh . . Wartime necessitates desperate measures, while the Germans could have managed radio control which does not necessarily entail great risk to the following aircraft. It's very possible that they could have managed a control system capable of taking off to avoid the danger that took Kennedy's life. Yet, without a doubt there were Germans who would have volunteered for the task. Tesla had managed to create radio control at the turn of the century, and failed to interest the US military at the time. Given the resources available at the time and sufficient funding, the Germans likely could have done the same in 1940. Their confidence was high however during the time before the US entered the war and began a non-stop slowly increasing flood of supplies and war material and plenty of saber rattling. I hold high regard for all who participated in the war.
