  7.  @Altares0  I only apply an algo strategy on trading leveraged products, forex in my case. For EFTs I have a small basket that I rebalance every now and then. It performs only slightly better than the s&p, but that's fine with me.

  8. Nice to see your more personal side, you have many interests. As for building muscle: you need to prioritize things. It's much harder to gain muscle when you perform boxing classes as well. Most important thing is to be in a slight caloric surplus and to consume about 1 gr of protein (animal-based is best) per pound of bodyweight, as a rule of thumb. Once you know your caloric intake and your weight, you can adjust your caloric intake when needed by adding or subtracting 200-300 kcals. Shoot for about 100 grams a week of weight gain. By doing so, the amount of fat gain will be limited. Hope this helps!
