  2. You complain about being alone, but do you realize that staying at home and gaming isn't helping much? You sound pretty vague about 'trying to exercise every day', but how does this looks like? May I suggest you to join a gym? As a result you will work on your health, esp combined with a good diet, improve your natural testosterone level, improve your posture and have a social environment. My point is this: first you need to love yourself by taking good care of yourself.
