  1.  @spunkgoogler8300  I guess you didn't saw their rules on that board. Beating up is their alternative to a fine or prison in the 'normal' world. In all cases it's punishment.

  3.  @spunkgoogler8300  Semantics, it's still a law, but an unwritten one (which is typical for gangs as well). Yes, in a civil world (basically just a part of the world!) we tend to handle this in court.
