Animal protein is hurting your telomeres? Why would that be?

Bye narrow-minded 'thinker'

I would like to see a debate (or cat fight) between Rhonda Patrick and this personal trainer, packed with bro-science...

I love using paper, but also a spreadsheet when things become more detailed. Both tools allow me to forget certain things for a while and to focus on other things.

Part of the problem is that the politically correct climate is stronger than ever. As a consequence, we often only share our most controversial ideas with those we trust, since we can lose our friends, career, reputation, etc in a heartbeat.

JarrettOriginal More than plant based protein does? At the end of the day all proteins are nothing but a string of amino acids. All digestion processes result in some kind of 'stress'/inflamation, nothing to worry about.

Jep, just like most TED talks...

Sebastian Elytron Can I hire you as a life coach?

Women teaching men on how to behave... How effective is that and what would happen with the inner man?

@pippoespera8902 Asking rhetoric questions isn't helping you much. I wonder if you even payed close attention when he spoke about the conflict with his university. Heck, I even wonder IF you even listened to HIM about this case, since it was also reported in the media without too much context.

Point taken. So basically the government are a bunch of scam artists, right?

All Bundy was also bored, selling shoes. That's why he became a genius in insulting people.

Aren't most of us reinventing the wheel, esp when we're working for a boss?

Well, my motivation is gone.

@jackmcanespy6608 Well said. Since I'm from Europe, I had no clue who she was, so I had to Google her. I did some PT in the past as well and soon found out that most PT's are full of bro-science shit, LOL

@pippoespera8902 So just based on your agreeableness with this metaphor you decided to unsubscribe? As for myself, I don't believe in 'gurus'. Do I agree all the time with Mr Peterson? Heck no. He has a lot of strong opinions, so I believe it's perfectly normal to not agree all the time. You simply don't pay enough attention when you categorize him as a right winger. For example, listen(!) to his conversations with Joe Rogan and you will find out that he's rather a mixture, or sometimes even disagrees with both camps. He's not respected in the academic world? Go fact check his career so far. Not everyone will agree with his, but that goes for every professor in social sciences.

@MrOpiumDubs Before you start trolling, what have you accomplished so far in life?

Saying that you're an optimist is like avoiding serious concern.

Every company spokesperson is biased and there's a big difference between sharing an idea and pitching a product.

I guess it just depends on HOW, WHEN and how FREQUENTLY you use certain technologies. Personally I can't stand all those 'screen-zombies' these days, living in their own virtual bubble.
