  2. +Ba Lk You're the one that doesn't make sense. Witnesses give evidence, they don't judge. Prosecutors present cases. They don't judge. Defense attorneys defend clients. They don't judge. They are ALL biased. The judge and jury are the ones required to be impartial. It has nothing to do with giving false evidence.
