You've got to be pretty stupid to listen to someone like Trump ramble and rant and think he's saying anything intelligent....which says alot about his supporters. In conversations these people have literally no facts at their command, no ability to answer questions, no knowledge of history...so they rant and ramble just like their dear leader does. I personally think Trump has a personality disorder and some kind of cognitive deficit which makes it hard for him to read and absorb information, as well as making him sound largely incoherent when he's speaking extemporaneously. How embarrassing for the country.
