@r-pupz7032 Sitting here in the Netherlands I didn't understand statements like this, always thought they were exaggerated. But then I saw this clip of Bernie comforting some guy who literally wanted to commit suicide because of extreme medical bills and saw commenters stating that they're letting their tumours grow because they're scared of the medical bills and it hit me like a truck. This truly is a life or death situation... I wish you luck over there, I deeply hope Bernie will make it

This is going to sound nitpicky, but I think you're calling people racist too easily. I believe it's better to say that Bloomberg enacted racist policies in NYC with stop and frisk, rather than call him personally a racist. This not only is closer to the truth (considering that when a person as such is called a racist, this usually mean they are deep into race theories and all that stuff, which is worse than doing or saying racist things while otherwise meaning well) but also spreads the message better. When a random person hears you call Bloomberg racist, they'll likely either agree because they're already familiar with his history or they'll zone out. If you instead say he has enacted racist policies in the past, you directly place attention on that policy and new listeners are likely to look up that specific policy, see that it indeed unduly targeted African Americans and perhaps they'll find Bloombergs ridiculous justifications for it. They're just more likely to be convinced this way.
