  1. It is incremental. Those weapons themselves can be relevant but they don't exist yet, or at least aren't installed yet. It's like saying a new destroyer that in itself has no new features but can launch a CAMM missile is relevant. No, the CAMM missie itself is relevant, not the destroyer that can fire something that's relevant. The Ford class itself offers no real advatage, but future weapons that may be installed on it may do that.
