Still waiting for a report on fundamental christians saying some people will go to hell or are morally decrepit due to their lack of religion. Indeed, people of both sides will always be hateful of one another, especially on the internet. It's no use making a big deal out of it unless you know it'll actually have some effect

Some atheists post insulting comments to religious people and some religious people post how atheists are morally decrepit and/or going to hell. Both sides do this, but in the end the grand majority of both sides are respectful to one another. So in my view it's best to ignore the extremes of both groups. And should one want to delve into calling out the extremes, make sure to call out both sides.

KellySmith555 I'm specifically talking about the type of christian that acts elitist, like he's better than everybody else. The kind of christian that puts people down by arrogantly saying they're going to hell, perhaps even with a smirk on their face. And yes, thinking you're better than someone and putting them down by saying they'll go to hell is hateful. It's entirely not christian to be like this, but you have them nonetheless. You have both hateful and insulting atheists as well as christians. But both are an extreme within their groups, as the grand majority of both groups are respectful of one another. Religion is not a free pass to degrade or insult people and a christian saying someone is going to hell is the same as an atheist insulting christianity. Islam is even worse
