Saying that you don't believe in diversity if you are against affirmative action is not even the bad part. If she has a decent argument to support her opinion, we may disagree but at least she has a well-versed opinion on the matter. The real issue is that she says this, but then dodges questions about it. This indicates she holds this opinion for the wrong reasons and is afraid of sharing those reasons. And that is unforgiveable.
