  3. I will admit, that it would be interesting, if the system were each 0,5% equals one seat in parliment, with non-allocated seats going to weaker parties... But then again... How would you create a coalition in that mess? I do fear, that this is hitting limits of practicality.

  6.  @farright118  I'd be rather reserved about a referendum. If Babiš's initial election tells anything, it's how easily the masses can be manipulated (or Brexit for that matter too). The reason, why I went with 0,5% is purely mechanical one, because there are 200 seats for grabs each election in the lower chamber.
