  1. Wait a minute... you don't have a Portugese bank account? What about your Georgian account? I recall you had a bit of trouble with living ironically in Europe guy with banks... Couldn't you pay from Georgia? edit: Try getting a public transport card. Sometimes, the transportation companies use prepaid cards as carriers, then you'd only need to get the money on it, which should be doable with international wire, but it should be a Portugese card.
