Retirement benefits are only taxed in country of origin for this kind of income. But make sure, to retain US bank account. My aunt live's in the Netherlands, takes Czech pension. Because she doesn't have Czech bank account, she's being paid quarterly instead of monthly, but if she had one, she'd receive it monthly.
