  1. Yeah, road quality is different thorughout the Balkans, no kidding. My dad's a trucker, he always said, that he loved driving in Croatia, because the roads there are made from something, that makes them have a good grip... Cross over to Albania, and it feels like you're driving on ice... in the middle of a summer!
