  1. Man I have to say, if I were to work for you, I would have problems with the kitchen all the time. One, I don't like boss looking at me from work, as I'm eating, I find it demoralizing, but more importantly two... Damnit I'm not a Nazi to torture boss with food when he's working! And there is the added problem of the room being in use for rercording vidoes. So, what I would do, when time called for it and expansion happened. I would eventually buy that building and add a floor to it, move the contact person, studio and your office to the upper floor. Your current office would turn in to extra storage (as more stuff would need to be held on hand), kitchen would likely move up too and production stuff would be on first floor (maybe restored front office, if there were a shift in customer behaviour) and I would have the rest on the enxt floor... Just for inspiration. ;)
