There is the issue of Chinese construction quality to consider and Russia, due to the meat grinder that's happening in Ukraine will have its security capacity diminished. Just too few people. The real reason, why there are coups now in Africa is, that the EU is letting them be. Most of Northern Africa is dependent on food stuff imports from Russia and there are basically four breadbaskets, that feed the world. That being Europe, Russia and Ukraine, USA and South American continent. Imagine, what would happen, if Europe were to get enraged for one reason or another, and blockaded Denmark straits, Gibraltar and Istanbul Straits. That's a famine of biblical proportions just waiting to happen. And I am concerned, that as Europe is shifting right politically, it's only a matter of time, before that happens.
