  1. farm loophole is nonsense. Look at capital requirements to run a farm and what your earnings from it may be. Clarkson had a black card and he has to take a side gig on occasion, to keep his farm afloat! Now realize, that most farmers don't have the opportunity to do that! This taxation will not help. You need to target, what earn's these extremely rich people money and deny them the ability to shift that tax hike into final products!
