  1. Not sure about that. Remember, Ukraine now has equally big border to man and so far, they've proven inferior in defense. Ridiculously good and efficient, but still inferior. And on top of that manpower shortage, there is a river to consider, which benefits the defender. I'd say, that if Ukraine managed to capture another state or two, they could then sue for white peace, but it is not enough just yet. I just don't see this ending purely militarily at this juncture.

  2.  @chadbrad8100  Question is, how long can Ukraine maintain that? Two years is long already, as majority of wars had been shorter. And if the West cut's their support... they're screwed. Swedes did extremely well in Winter war, but they too eventually had to cede some land, all be it much less than otherwise would have. Mass is a quality of it's own and Russia, unfortunately, still has that advantage, not to mention how well Russians can suffer. How long it takes to break them to demand political change... I don't think, Ukrainians would have to walk all the way to Vladivostok, but I'm concerned, they wouldn't even reach Ural, behind which Putin can run, unfortunately.
