  1. Careful about that eye contact thing! As autistic person, I too struggle with keeping it. I also know, from truly impressive amount of smalltalk with HR people from my failed hiring attempts, that employers know about it being a symptom. This has two ramifications: 1) companies are showing the door to absolutely brilliant analysts, that see errors where others will overlook them 2) they invite lawsuit, should an autistic person feels, it was autism, that disqualified them.

  2. maybe go over your compensation package. Young people have student debt, they have to repay, so if you don't factor that in in the offer, you're setting yourself for abandonment.

  3.  @ZTRCTGuy  That still doesn't address the fact, that companies are leaving talent on the table and are risking a lawsuit.
