  2. I disagree with you a bit, finding out, why it happened benefits you in two ways. One, if it were an actual problem and not an HR crotch, then you have to fix it to get more hireable. Two firings don't come completely out of the blue. Recognising a similar pattern can give you heads up to intensify your job hunting and be ahead of the curve.

  3.  @seanmysel5823  But you need to know, it's just an opinion and it's unfounded. Because if that opinion is for instance, that "finance analyst can't use advanced functions in Excel.", then that is a genuine problem for you to fix, if you want to get hired as a finance analyst.
