  1. The answer is simple. Employers being too demanding. I kid you not. One major employer in my country told me, that they don't hire for any position within one department, for which they are actively advertising! I'm getting in to interviews, where the boss praises my skills and modesty, yet say's, "yeah, I won't hire you, cause you don't communicate well."... Well, no shit. While he was in his youth honing his interpersonal skills in some bars, I was learning tax code and how to fill in incoterms! Employers are too spoiled these days. They don't pay a living wage, so why would anyone return to such jobs, state support or none?!
