  1. Yeah, Louis, I'm with VW on this one. Anyone, and I do mean anyone, can call and claim, they are someone eligible, to get the information, while only pretending. This time, it was the police, but who's saying, some whack ass won't commit a felony and impersonate an officer, so they can get off payment?
