@RobotronSage Problem is, they can have this stuff covered in EULA and then you're crewed. Really, the only way around this is to never permit it to be able to happen.

@greenaum Oh yes you can. Take transportation with pre-paid tickets. Literally in bylaws of DPMB, there is quote, that by boarding the vehicle, you consent to terms and conditions. Even before you validate your ticket. As for EULA being declared meaningless, could you point to the ruling? I do recall something about it, but I thought that was binding only for one court district
