@tirsden Not sure if I would go as far, as saying he knew ahead of time, like Trump told him. More like, he expected sh*t to hit the fan, given how Trump behaved in the past. I mean, how poor loser Trump was was general knowlege, as well as his enfatuation with crowds and rallys. This wasn't outside of realm of possibility to predict.

@killero00 Wouldn't call it that way. From what I've read, they the US is split pretty much fifty fifty these days. And there are worse things out there too... Look at election results for each state. Even places like NY, You've got the City blue, but outside of urban areas? Blood red. I am very worried, that US will turn from actual democracy in to dogmatic dictatorship of the majority, as slight a majority as it may be. Damn, being centrist must s**k these days over there...

And even if by a thousand, does that mean, that rights of those, who didn't vote for the winner should be ignored, or worse, removed? There is a difference between democracy and dictatorship of the masses and it follow's one old quote. He that would make his own liberty secure, must guard even his enemy from oppression; for if he violates this duty, he establishes a precedent that will reach to himself. Thomas Paine And frankly, what have we been seeing in the US for at very least past twenty years? Republicans attempting to overturn Roe vs Wade. Democrats besieging the second ammendment. And both? Gerrymandering voting districts to the point elections can be considered candidates selecting their voters. In a democracy, you have to respect other side's rights and the fact, that different rights have different weight for them. If you don't, you're not living in a democracy, rather in a dictatorship. You can't have democracy without that kind of respect and frankly. I don't see that respect on either side of the aisle.
