Nah, just make the employers pay wage to applicant for every day the selection process is going on... eg. if they don't send you email, you weren't hired, they'd be paying applicants indefinitely. There's ghosting solved. Also, this shortens the selection process, because employers suddenly have to bear very high hiring costs. That's end of pipeline racks too.
