  1. Banks in Czechia offer similar service, only with cards being the payment method. That being said, I've never in my life seen anyone ctually make a withdrawal like this.

  2.  @AS-wp3hb  Oh no, you misunderstand. Sure, we have ATMs (will likely get rid of them) but they are not the only method for you to withdraw money. That part was what I had been referring to. Over here, you can request upon payment of your shopping cash from the register, as if you were making a withdrawal from your bank account. Amount withdrawn is then charged to your card along with any amount for the goods, and you'll pay some small fee (yes, this is a paid service), presumably to cover the card fees. And as I stated earlier, in my life, I have never seen anyone use that service, though it is technically available.
