Back when men ran offices and most of your coworkers were either dudes themselves or fems that just "got it"; these days one or more of them would take offense to you taking the office to see an action movie with predominantely White protagonists with one of them being a girl in skin-tight leather. Those females would then complain to HR that they were not consulted and HR would demand your boss take everyone to another movie like The Notebook or Brokeback Mountain to "balance things out for the sake of equality".
