Me, looking around at all the upper-class oligarchs who buy politicians and run MSM to control public sentiment: "Sooo...what's the problem?" Realistically, we only have a choice between oligarchs and autocrats. At least autocrats can get things done.

@Blashmack It's a video here on YouTube, about 10 minutes in length, just put it on when you're doing dishes or something like that. He pretty well summarizes that chapter but, if you want to read Leviathan, all power to you. It's a good book.
