Are you under the assumption that labs cannot be dismantled and moved with battlefronts? The Soviets moved whole WAR FACTORIES, brick by brick, back behind the shielding protection of the Ural mountain range during WW2...are you suggesting it's impossible to pack up and move something as comparatively simple as a laboratory?

@Kekistani I worked in both in one at the University of Utah (ARUP) and at an arms manufactory called Vector; the equipment in the lab wasn't even bolted to the floor, relying on locking wheels, whereas factory machinery weighs many tons and had to be removed with cranes and winches. In my shared laboratory and industrial experience, it'd be MUCH easier to pack up a biolab than an arms factory and if you had multiple crews working around the clock, the former could be done in a day or two, maybe less, but the factory? Took the Soviets weeks, if not months, and they were in the biggest damned rush you could imagine. I know you wanted a "Gotcha!" but, this happened to be one of the few matters where I could lend direct experience.
