If we want to have stone buildings again, we'll need (A) autocratic rule in cities and nations to assure building projects can be managed by singular, unilateral visions in a multigenerational fashion, (B) a stable, homogenous culture that favors long-term aesthetics over short-term profits where people are happy to plant trees whose shade they'll never sit in, and (C) a society run by men, for men, and of men because the last century has demonstrated how faddish and eratic our once-breeding counterparts are...and what dreadful leaders they make. We have none of these things nor the will to reinstate them...
