  1. Just as the Elites intended; Trump just gave their presidency four more years of legitimacy. They tried a bunch of stuff to control the public, it didn't work, and they need a functional US military to achieve their needs, so they'll make a concession here and there and reassure the peasants their votes still matter so we don't drag them out of their mansions and reenact the French Revolution. We'll see what he's worth; best not to count your politician's promises before they hatch.
