  1. girlflakesworld I totally agree that children should be mandated to wear life vests. My daughter is only 5, and even if we are just cruising the lake, she "has" to wear her life vest. Some parents/adults say, "in the event of a crash I'd put one on my child first." Well, if you're knocked unconscious, good luck, then, getting that life jacket on your child. People seem to forget about prevention. Ughhhh...
