  1. That's exactly what happened. I watched the initial video, and they explained that it was people from the first accident, that were out of their cars and looking at the crash, and then the van driver hit one of the vehicles which ended up hitting the people. So sad...

  2. Well... Not quite. There was an initial accident with just two cars. The officer was there investigating that crash, when the Amazon can crashed into one of the cars, which people were standing by (the folks in the initial crash). The Amazon driver didn't cause a chain reaction with ALL of the prior cars. There's another video on this, that explains it a little better.

  3.  @jimmycline4778  I don't believe the Honda was actually involved. I believe it was a witness that had stopped at the first accident.
