  1.  @totalfailforfun4721  They won't. It's crazy how California has some of the richest people in the US (with their movie stars, producers, music execs, etc) but yet the state is the poorest? How is that possible? Oh yeah, that's right... Those wealthy people aren't paying their fair share of taxes... There's no reason for this to be happening in that state. And what's crazy, is for people who actually do their taxes, and are "owed" monies, sometimes, because I don't know if this is still happening or not (I know this happened to my brother in years past), they gave him an I.O.U (not technically an I.O.U, but basically one), for the future, because the state was bankrupt and couldn't pay people back for their taxes. Now that, is really messed up!
