  1. Doesn't look like he was just "jogging," after all... Plus, who jogs in cargo shorts and Tim's? Last time I checked, people ran in running shoes and not boots, ESPECIALLY athletes (which is what people are claiming he was). That being said, it doesn't justify shooting someday, when they could call the police and hold somebody down, and even claim citizen's arrest. Taking things into your own hands and shooting them, isn't the right thing to do. We don't know everything that happened. Even seeing two videos, still didn't show/tell us everything.

  2.  @kevstrucking  It's still private property, whether you want to believe it or not. And whether or not people go into homes that are under Construction, legally, it's still trespassing.
