@psychiatry-is-eugenics People like you don't realize that they are trying to pick a charge that will actually stick, not one that WON'T stick. That's why they chose 3rd and manslaughter.

@psychiatry-is-eugenics You don't understand the law much do you...? When a PROSECUTOR charges somebody, they do it, with the idea that they have the HIGHEST chance of the charges sticking. I'm pretty sure you don't understand what I'm saying and that's fine.
