  2.  @marvels3011  Well and that's where you and I will differ! We go to doctors for "CARE" not "HURT" or defamation of character... Talking about syphilis? Saying they are going to put that they found something in his medical record? Do you have ANY idea how bad this actually is? Yeah, sorry, but 500k isn't shit! This is a fucking DOCTOR we are talking about. They take an oath and part of that has to do with ethics. No part of this was ETHICALLY correct at all. This can be so damaging to someone in so many ways that you aren't thinking... #1. Not being able to trust your doctor anymore... Dentist... Medical care provider... #2. Needing to go to therapy because of it. And having major trust issues with any type of medical professional #3. Questioning any medical test that you have from then forward #4. Never wanting to go under anesthesia again #5. Ending up with Anxiety/PTSD/DEPRESSION YOU SIR, have no idea how something like this can truly affect somebody and the ACTUAL repercussions of it. Trust me!

  3.  @marvels3011  I don't think he hit any jackpot. Honestly, I'm probably the worst person to comment with about this, because within the past 3 years, I finally held the person accountable who molested and raped me from the ages of 4/5-9 years old. In total I will recieve 240k. To some that may seem like a lot, but I'm 38 years old, and I can personally tell you that when somebody does that to you, there's really no amount of money that makes it right. When somebody takes EVERY ONE OF YOUR FIRSTS From you... They leave you with nothing for you to give away... You're left feeling not only abused, but not special anymore, and to feel that way at such a young age is hard. I actually didn't even say anything until I was 31, and then I just couldn't hold it in anymore. Sorry to get so personal, but that's why I kind of blew up a bit. Being violated is not Okay. The difference with my case and this dumb doctor, is that she paid out insurance money to the victim, whereas, I'll be receiving monthly payments for a long time. The only thing with her is that her insurance will go up. She likely got a warning or something. For me, people just don't understand how things can affect somebody, especially mentally/emotionally. I hate the fact that I have a trust issue, but oh well... I'm working on it.
